Payment Methods

When you order floor lamps, reed diffuser sets, statues, vases, or wall sculptures from Kaurius Trading LLC, you pay at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is completed when you place the order. You do not send money later.

How checkout works

Open the shop, add items to your cart, and continue to checkout. Enter billing and shipping, then choose a payment method from the list on that screen. Credit and debit cards are offered on every order. Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay appear when your device and browser support them. If a wallet does not show, it is not available for that session — use a card or another listed wallet. Place the order to pay the total shown. You will receive an email with your Order ID.

1. Credit and debit cards

Choose to pay by credit or debit card. Enter the card number, expiration date, and security code on the checkout form. Use a card you are authorized to use. The amount charged is the exact order total in USD.

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code or an app prompt. Finish that step so the order can go through. We do not ask you to email a full card number or to read it over the phone. If someone claiming to be us asks for the full number outside checkout, stop and use the contact details below.

After a successful charge, you will see a confirmation page and get an email. Keep the Order ID if you later need to ask about the payment.

2. Google Pay

When Google Pay appears at checkout, you can pay with a card stored in Google Pay instead of typing the number. Select Google Pay, confirm the payment on your device, and place the order. The charge posts to the card or account linked to Google Pay. Availability depends on your browser and Google account. If you do not see Google Pay, use a credit or debit card or another wallet on the list.

3. Apple Pay

When Apple Pay appears at checkout, you can pay with a card stored in Apple Pay. Select Apple Pay, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, and place the order. Apple Pay is typically offered on supported Apple devices and browsers. If it does not appear, that is expected on some computers — pay with a card, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay instead.

4. Amazon Pay

When Amazon Pay appears at checkout, you can pay with the method saved to your Amazon account. Select Amazon Pay, sign in if asked, choose how you want Amazon to pay, and complete the order. The charge matches our USD checkout total. For shipping and support, use your Kaurius Trading LLC Order ID, not a separate Amazon marketplace order number.

Currency, totals, and refunds

Every price, shipping charge, and tax on https://kaurius.store/ is in USD. We charge the order total shown at checkout. If your bank converts from another currency, that conversion is between you and your bank.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. A card refund returns to the same card. A Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay refund returns through that wallet to the underlying card or account. Please allow 7–10 business days after we approve the refund for the credit to show, depending on your bank or wallet. For return windows and unused-item rules, read our refund and return policy.

If something goes wrong

If checkout fails, check your email before you try again — you may already have an Order ID and a charge. If a charge appears on your statement but you did not get a confirmation, email us the Order ID if you have it, the last four digits of the card or the wallet you used, and the date of the charge. Do not send the full card number by email. If a wallet option is missing, complete the same order with a credit or debit card. If you are unsure, pause and contact us first.
