These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kaurius Trading LLC website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Kaurius Trading LLC (Kaurius) operates this US online store. We sell Floor Lamps, Reed Diffuser Sets, Statues, Vases, and Wall Sculptures as listed on the site. Listings, photos, dimensions, and descriptions reflect items we currently stock and may change.

2. Using the site and your account

  • Provide accurate information when you place an order or create an account.

3. Products and orders

We sell Floor Lamps, Reed Diffuser Sets, Statues, Vases, and Wall Sculptures as listed on the site. Photos are illustrative; color, finish, scale, and scent may vary slightly. Descriptions, prices, images, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount using the original payment method where possible.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order by sending confirmation or by processing shipment.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout.
  • Pay using the methods listed at checkout: credit or debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.
  • Payment is due when you place the order. We charge the selected method when we accept the order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • If a charge is declined or reversed, we may pause or cancel the order until payment is completed.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States to the address you provide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, then handed to a carrier. Delivery after that depends on the carrier. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information you supplied. Floor Lamps, Statues, Vases, and Wall Sculptures can be fragile; Reed Diffuser Sets may include liquid and glass. Inspect the carton on arrival and note damage with the carrier when that option is offered. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the package, except where applicable law says otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy. That page explains eligibility, time limits, and how to request a return. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, using the original payment method where possible.

7. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, and other content on this site belong to Kaurius Trading LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse that content for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names in listings describe goods we carry; they are not a claim that we manufacture every item we sell.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaurius Trading LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austin, TX, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction there, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different venue.
